BROSSARD, QUEBEC, Jan 15 (MARKET WIRE) --
DIAGNOS inc. ("DIAGNOS" or the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE: ADK), a
leader in the use of artificial intelligence ("AI") and advanced
knowledge extraction techniques, is pleased to announce today that its
technology will be used to target uranium on Lexam Explorations Inc.
("Lexam") (TSX VENTURE: LEX) joint venture properties in the Mistassini
region of Quebec. The service and the right to use the targets provided
by CARDS (Computer Aided Resources Software) are for a fee of $65,000 CDN
and a success bonus of 100,000 common shares of Lexam.

Lexam is hopeful that DIAGNOS' technology will be effective in targeting
uranium in the Mistassini region. The corporation has a significant
amount of data that can be modeled to target uranium in one of the few
regions outside of Saskatchewan's prolific Athabasca Basin where
high-grade uranium has been discovered.

DIAGNOS' Vice-President - Natural Resources Business Unit, Ms Jacqueline
Monfourny confirms that with the information gathered on this region,
DIAGNOS can definitively work on a local signature for high-probability
uranium targets that will save them time and money.
