James Orzechowski, New Jersey State Police, Wall, NJ Chosen as Finalist in
National Contest Honoring Service Professionals
"Every Elbeco Uniform Tells a Story" Contest Awards Those in Uniform Who Made
a Significant Impact on the Job

READING, Pa., Jan. 15 /PRNewswire/ -- Elbeco Incorporated, a manufacturer
of uniforms for the police, fire, EMS, postal and security industries, is
excited to announce that James Orzechowski of Wall, NJ and member of the New
Jersey State Police, is a finalist in its "Every Elbeco Uniform Tells a Story"
Contest that honors those in uniform who made a significant impact on the job.
Orzechowski submitted his story that recalls how he encountered an SUV
crashing into construction site barricades and the driver refused to stop. The
SUV was headed toward oncoming traffic. Orzechowski quickly pulled his police
car in front of the SUV to prevent an accident. He discovered that the driver
was in a diabetic shock.
The five December finalists and their stories are posted on

From these 20 finalists, a judging panel will choose the Grand prize,
second and third prize winners by the end of January. The Grand Prize winner
will receive $5,000 cash and a $1,500 retail credit for their department, the
second prize winner receives $2,500 cash and a $1,000 retail credit for their
department and the third prize winner receives $1,000 cash and a $500 retail
credit for their department.
