Hollywood Tans Strengthens Brand and Business Strategy with Two Key Hires

New appointments to executive team bring significant experience to
tanning franchise
SEWELL, N.J.--(Business Wire)--Hollywood Tans LLC, the tanning franchise company, announced the
addition of two new senior-level executives: Bernadette Grace as
Senior Vice President, Operations and Jennifer Schlieper as Vice
President, Marketing. The appointment of these key members is part of
the company's plan to elevate brand image and strengthen Hollywood
Tans' position within the franchising marketplace.

Grace brings over 15 years of experience in various operational
roles with GNC, including the development of the operational support
for their new franchising program, and most recently, as an
award-winning franchisee within the 1,300+ unit U.S. system. Grace
assumes responsibility for the strategic direction and tactical
execution of all salon operations, including training, operational
support, and the relationships with the franchise system. Grace will
also be responsible to continually refine the company's operating
system, and commitment to the delivery of the brand promise created by
marketing efforts, while ensuring the results are profitable for each
operator.

Schlieper will be responsible for the strategic direction and
tactical execution of all marketing and creative initiatives,
including advertising, visual merchandising, packaging, Internet,
public relations, promotions and events. Schlieper will be leading the
company's new creative agency. She held a similar role for four years
at GNC, where she was responsible for the overall GNC brand as well as
more than ten product brands of the 5,700 corporate, franchise and
license store global chain. Prior to her tenure at GNC, she worked for
five years at Ketchum, an advertising/creative agency.

Both executives will report directly to Hollywood Tans' CEO, J.J.
Sorrenti.
