Foundation 9 Entertainment Announces Promotion of David Mann to President

IRVINE, Calif., Jan. 15 /PRNewswire/ -- Foundation 9 Entertainment
announced today that it is promoting its current Chief Operating Officer,
David Mann, to the position of President.
    "David's outstanding leadership skills and no-nonsense approach have led
to greater performance in our studios and our business in general," said
Chairman and CEO, Jon Goldman.  "He's driving our P&L and our studios' output,
and that role belongs to the position of President."
    Mann co-founded Amaze Entertainment in 1996 and helped grow that company
into a multi-team and project operation that has since shipped more than 100
titles and was folded into F9E in 2006. Before Amaze Entertainment, Mann
worked as a consultant, helping large companies develop and implement
corporate strategies and acquisitions.

    In addition to Mann's promotion, F9E is also promoting Chris Charla to
Vice President of Business Development and Jack Brummet to Vice President of
Quality Assurance, as well as forming a new group focused solely on evaluating
