Devine Entertainment Announces Foreign Broadcast Sale of Its Award-Winning Children's Film Library Titles to Duna TV Network in Hungary

Broadcast Agreement Comes as Devine Expands International
Distribution Initiatives through Carrere Group of France
TORONTO--(Business Wire)--Devine Entertainment Corporation (OTCBB:DVNNF), seeking to
capitalize on the burgeoning global demand for high quality film and
television content, has announced a new broadcast agreement with Duna
TV, Hungary's top public broadcaster. The sale is the first foreign
broadcast agreement to be finalized by Devine's international
distribution partner Carrere Group of France.

The sale includes 19 of Devine Entertainment's critically
acclaimed children's films and franchise titles, including Beethoven
Lives Upstairs, The Composers Specials, The Inventors' Specials and
The Artists' Specials.

The agreement with the Duna TV network is the first sale to result
from Carrere Group's initiatives at the most recent MIPCOM television
market in Cannes, France. Devine has previously announced strategic
initiatives to capitalize on its proprietary library of film and
television content and franchise titles through sales to territories
worldwide.

"This is the first sale announced from Axel Carrere of the Carrere
Group of Paris following his introduction of our filmed products at
the recent MIPCOM sales convention in Cannes, France," said David
Devine, President and Chief Executive Officer of Devine Entertainment.
"Based on our knowledge of Axel and his sales team, we are
anticipating more sales in foreign territories in the near and midterm
time frame."

Carrere Group - one of the world's leading international
distributors of television and film - is distributing Devine's
award-winning 18-film library of historical family films, including
its new prime-time series "Across the River to Motor City" throughout
French-speaking territories, including France, Belgium, Monaco and
others. Other Devine titles Carrere is marketing include the Company's
acclaimed franchises The Artists' Specials, The Inventors' Specials
and The Composers' Specials.
