Hubbell buys lighting fixtures maker for $100 mln
Jan 14 (Reuters) - Hubbell Inc (HUBa.N), which makes electrical and electronic products, said it acquired lighting fixtures manufacturer Kurt Versen for about $100 million in cash.
Hubbell said the acquisition would add to its 2008 results.
