WASHINGTON (Reuters) - About 5,400 Chinese-made toy wrestler figures sold at discount stores are being recalled because they contain excessive levels of lead, the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission said on Tuesday.

The CPSC said the toys were manufactured by A.A. of America Inc, of East Brunswick, New Jersey, and sold from January through December 2007 for about $1.

No injuries were reported from the toys, which were sold as a package of four action figures, the agency said. It said consumers should take the toy away from children and return it to where they bought it for a full refund.
