Falcon Announces New Executive Vice President, Business Development and Director of Operations, Telecommunications Division

RANCHO CORDOVA, Calif.--(Business Wire)--Falcon Technologies, Incorporated (Pink Sheets:FLCN), a leader in
design build infrastructure services, is pleased to announce the
appointment of Patrick Quarry as Executive Vice President, Business
Development and Jeff Jordeson as Vice President of Operations,
Telecommunications Division. Below is a more detailed description of
their backgrounds.

Patrick Quarry, Executive Vice President, Business Development

Patrick Quarry has been appointed to the position of Executive
Vice President, Business Development effective immediately. Mr. Quarry
brings more than 22 years of sales and sales management experience.
Mr. Quarry's experience includes: (i) from 2004 to 2008, Director of
Business Development at Point-to-Point Connections, Inc. where he was
responsible for the overall growth of the company, including the
development of new clients and new lines of business; (ii) from 1996
to 2004, Western Region Senior Sales Manager at MCI, during which time
he was responsible for eight state government account managers
covering six western states and for increasing revenue by more than
$110 million; (iii) from 1988 to 1996, National Account Manager at
MCI, during which time he was responsible for direct sales to state
and local government customers and for exceeding annual business and
revenue objectives; and (iv) from 1985 to 1988, Telecommunications
Manager with Baxter Home Healthcare. Patrick is working towards his
B.S. in Business Management with Phoenix University.

Jeff Jordeson, Vice President of Operations, Telecommunications
Division

Jeff Jordeson has been appointed to the position of Vice President
of Operations, Telecommunications Division effective immediately. Mr.
Jordeson brings more than 25 years of senior management and
telecommunications experience, including project management,
management, sales, installation, maintenance, and customer service.
Prior to joining Falcon, Mr. Jordeson was: (i) from 2001 to 2008,
General Manager for Point-to-Point Connections, Inc. where he was
responsible for day-to-day management of company operations including
sales strategy, financial operations, and technical operations; (ii)
from 1993 to 2001 with MCI Telecommunications and MCI Worldcom, during
which time he held various senior management positions within MCI's
State Government and University Markets segment and its Technical
Services Division managing a sales support staff in 23 western states;
and (iii) from 1986 to 1993 with MCI Telecommunications, during which
time he held various technical positions and was responsible for
overall service delivery from receipt of order to delivery of invoice
for all products and services, implementing processes and procedures
for account service and maintenance reviews, and designing and
implementing internal order tracking and status procedures resulting
in an increase in service delivery efficiency. Mr. Jordeson attended
the University of Phoenix' Business Management Program.
