Aviacsa Signs Distribution Agreement with Sabre Travel Network to Strengthen, Broaden Ticket Sales

SOUTHLAKE, Texas--(Business Wire)--Aviacsa has signed a multi-year, full-content agreement with Sabre
Travel Network to maximize and broaden the airline's ability to offer
its fares and inventory to travelers, agencies and corporations
worldwide.

In the highly competitive Mexico market, Aviacsa recognizes that
by offering their fares and inventory through the Sabre Travel
Network, the world's largest global distribution (GDS), they will be
able to serve travelers in all travel shopping channels.

"Aviacsa believes in the value of the GDS channel because it
supplements our direct selling efforts," said Daniel Martinez, chief
commercial officer of Aviacsa. "The Sabre GDS is the premier
distribution tool for airlines selling travel in Latin America,
particularly Mexico. Working with Sabre will allow us to optimize our
sales and enhance access to the corporate market. "

As one of the largest airlines in Mexico, Aviacsa has guaranteed
full content to Sabre Connected travel agencies and corporations. The
corporate travel segment is crucial to successful airlines as it
results in higher yields.

As the world's largest global distribution system (GDS), Sabre
Travel Network provides Aviacsa the ability to reach more leisure and
corporate travelers by using a multi-channel distribution strategy.

"Participating in the Sabre GDS is consistent with and
complementary to our direct distribution strategy," Martinez said. "It
just makes sense to have our fares easily accessible to our customers
where they prefer to shop for travel."

More than 380 airlines worldwide have full-content travel
marketing agreements (TMAs) with Sabre Travel Network.

"More travel agencies and corporations partner with Sabre than
another other GDS because we deliver the most valued content in the
most efficient, cost-effective way," said Jay Jones, Sabre Travel
Network's senior vice president for Latin America. "As a result of our
agency partnerships throughout Mexico, Sabre has a strong presence and
large market share which will give Aviacsa the best access to all
market segments of any GDS, especially the corporate market."
