DWS Scudder to Transform The Via at Two Rodeo Drive into a Ski Village on Jan. 23 to Kick off DWS Climate Change Fund Tour

Event to Feature Ski Slope With 25 Tons of Snow, Live Snowboard
Demonstration
LOS ANGELES & NEW YORK--(Business Wire)--DWS Scudder, the U.S. retail unit of Deutsche Bank's Asset
Management division, will transform The Via at Two Rodeo Drive in
Beverly Hills into the DWS Climate Change Ski Village on Jan. 23 to
kick off a nation-wide road show, consisting of 80+ separate events,
which includes an emphasis on its Climate Change Fund. Twenty-five
tons of snow will convert Two Rodeo into a ski slope with live
performances by Rossignol pro snowboarders accompanied by an alpine
village housing a bevy of corporate supporters and ice sculptures.

The event, designed to create a vivid demonstration of the
potential impacts of climate change, is intended to raise awareness of
related investment opportunities. Without taking a position on climate
change, DWS Climate Change Fund is on the cutting edge of climate
change investing as one of the first open-ended mutual funds which
seeks to invest in U.S. and foreign companies involved in climate
change adaptation and mitigation, or whose growth is supported by
increased environmental regulation.

Philipp Hensler, CEO and Chairman, DWS Scudder Distributors, Mark
Fulton, Deutsche Bank Asset Management's Climate Change Strategist,
and Antonio Galloni, Director and Senior Product Specialist on DWS
Climate Change Fund, will be available for press interviews.

(Other event supporters include: The Wall Street Journal,
Rossignol, Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf Company, and Icelandic Glacial, a
carbon-neutral certified bottled water company.)

This fund is subject to stock market risk. Investing in foreign
securities, particularly in emerging markets, presents, presents
certain unique risks not associated with domestic investments, such as
currency fluctuation, political and economic changes, including
emerging markets and market risks. Stocks of small-cap companies
involve greater risk than securities of larger, more-established
companies, as they often have limited product lines, markets or
financial resources and may be subject to more-erratic and more-abrupt
market movements. Additionally, the fund concentrates its investments
in climate change-related companies, increasing its vulnerability to
industry risks and regulatory developments. All of these factors may
result in greater share price volatility. Please read the prospectus
for specific details regarding the fund's risk profile.
