PMSI Selects Qwest as Exclusive Provider of Hosting Services

Provider of Workers' Compensation Products and Services Taps Qwest

DENVER--(Business Wire)--Qwest Communications International Inc. (NYSE:Q) today announced
that it has signed a new 2-year contract to provide hosting and
disaster recovery services to PMSI, the nation's largest provider of
pharmacy and specialty products and services for the workers'
compensation industry. Headquartered in Tampa, Fla., for more than 30
years, PMSI has promoted quality care for injured workers while
helping clients contain costs, mitigate risks and control utilization.

Under the terms of the contract, Qwest will serve as the exclusive
provider of hosting services, connecting five PMSI locations, each
with multiple site connections. Qwest will also house PMSI's
infrastructure at Qwest's state-of-the-art CyberCenter in Tampa.
Qwest's hosting solutions will allow PMSI to centralize all of its
accounting functions, streamlining operations and saving costs
annually.
