The issuer has made the following amendment to the 'Total Voting Rights'
announcement released on 27 December 2007 at 10.36 am under RNS number 6753K.

The issued share capital of the Company is now 81,547,450 Ordinary Shares with a
nominal value of 5 pence each.

Total Voting Rights

The Company advises that, in conformity with transitional provision six of the
Transparency Directive, the issued share capital of the Company is now
81,547,450 Ordinary Shares with a nominal value of 5 pence each. The Company
currently does not hold Treasury Shares.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
