Exercise of options


The Board of Noble Investments (UK) plc was informed today that on 21 January
2008 Stuart Mollekin, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, exercised its
options over 75,000 ordinary shares at a price of 58 pence per share. As a
result of this transaction, Mr Mollekin now holds 105,092 ordinary shares of 1
pence each representing 0.6 per cent. of the issued share capital.
