Wildhorse Meadows Marks 2007's Milestones With Limited Real Estate Release for Trailhead Lodge

STEAMBOAT SPRINGS, Colo.--(Business Wire)--Wildhorse Meadows is announcing a limited release of 16 suites at
one of the region's most anticipated new developments, Trailhead
Lodge. The release comes at the conclusion of 2007 that saw
significant milestones to further enhance the face of Steamboat
Springs including the region's record setting real estate volume,
being named as one of the Wall Street Journal's top 12 locations for a
vacation home, and Intrawest's acquisition of the Steamboat Springs
ski area.

Trailhead Lodge Announced - A Cornerstone of Wildhorse Meadows

Trailhead Lodge is an inviting 86-suite lodge and a key component
of Wildhorse Meadows, Steamboat Spring's first master planned
residential resort community with its own gondola. Trailhead's
location is just steps from the Wildhorse Gondola and many distinctive
amenities such as the Wildhorse Athletic Club, Ranch House and the
Steamboat Country Store that will create an intimate, low density
resort community.

Like the other suites sold in the Lodge, the 16 fully furnished
and professionally managed residential suites will blend the best of
old and new design by combining Steamboat Springs' Western ranch style
with refined mountain architecture and modern interior appointments.
Prices of the one- to three-bedroom + den suites will range from
$865,000 to more than $2 million.

   Steamboat Springs on the Rise

The announcement of the final public offering comes on the heels
of a year of success for both Wildhorse Meadows and Steamboat Springs,
with the region setting a new one-year record real estate record of
$1.39 billion in transaction volume. The success of Wildhorse Meadows
reflects Steamboat Spring's increasing popularity as a resort
destination, which in 2007 the Wall Street Journal named one of the
top 12 tempting locations for vacation-home buys.

   Additional 2007 Milestones

Intrawest's acquisition of the ski area brought $16 million of
on-mountain improvements, including the new Christie Peak Express.
Other significant 2007 milestones at Wildhorse Meadows included:

-- The Range custom home sites, the initial release in Wildhorse
Meadows, sold out in March 2007, generating $22 million in
sales and marking the first major contribution to the
        redevelopment of Steamboat's Base Area.

-- Roads in place, utilities installed and foundations being
        poured at Wildhorse Meadows.

-- Resort Ventures West, the developer of Wildhorse Meadows,
announced that construction will begin on the Wildhorse
Gondola in summer 2008. The gondola, open to the public, will
enable new, fast access to the slopes beginning in winter
        during the 2009-10.

-- Trailhead Lodge was released to the public this summer with
more than $56 million in properties sold in one day. Trailhead
Lodge's success was achieved prior to the winter ski season.

-- Drahota Construction, a Climate Wise partner with more than 34
years of regional building experience, was named general
contractor. Drahota has more than three decades of Front Range
and in the Rocky Mountain construction experience, and places
a high priority on "green construction."

-- The excavation permit for Trailhead Lodge at Wildhorse Meadows
was obtained in August, with completion of the Lodge expected
        in summer 2009.
