Korn/Ferry International Names New Head of Financial Services Market

Mike Franzino to Take on Global Role

LOS ANGELES, Jan. 22 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Korn/Ferry International
(NYSE: KFY), a premier global provider of talent management solutions, today
announced that Mike Franzino has been named Global Markets Managing Director
(GMMD), Financial Markets, effective immediately. Based in New York, Mr.
Franzino will lead the Global Financial Services business through its network
of 80 offices worldwide with the clear goal of becoming the industry's leading
provider. Rob Grandy, who held the GMMD position, will relocate to Hong Kong
to head up the Firm's Financial Services and Board Consulting business in Asia
Pacific. He will assume responsibilities for the Regional Market Leader role
previously held by David Hui, who will remain with the firm and help
transition the role to Rob over the next three months.
Mr. Franzino joined Korn/Ferry in 2007 from Heidrick & Struggles, where he
served as Chairman, Global Markets. He has more than 20 years of experience
in executive recruitment and has successfully completed senior-level search
assignments for a wide range of clients in financial services. At his
previous firm, Mr. Franzino was responsible for leading the Global Financial
Services Practice, as well as overseeing all of the industry and functional
practices.

Mr. Franzino is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West
Point, where he received a bachelor's of science degree in civil engineering.
After graduation, Mr. Franzino served five years as an Infantry Officer with
the United States Army, First Infantry Division.
