Players Network Signs Agreement With TVN Entertainment

LAS VEGAS, NV and BURBANK, CA, Jan 22 (MARKET WIRE) --

Players Network (OTCBB: PNTV) and TVN Entertainment, the world's largest on
demand distribution company, announced today that both companies entered into an
agreement to manage and distribute Players Network's library of original
content.

Players Network, the leading Digital Media Television Network dedicated to
Las Vegas and Gaming Lifestyle, has television distribution deals for its
Video-On-Demand (VOD) channel Vegas On Demand with multiple distributors
representing
over 15,000,000 homes throughout the United States. Under the deal, Players
Network will be able to utilize TVN's full suite of services including
encoding/transcoding, asset management and delivery, and interactive metadata
management tools, all via TVN's Emmy-nominated system, ADONISS, to deliver
forty-plus Players Network programs per month from the company's proprietary
library of over 1,000 programs to its multiple VOD distribution partners.

TVN manages 8,000 hours of VOD programming per month for over 100 Cable,
Telco
and Broadband partners, and is the leading single-source management and
distribution
solution for VOD which includes content aggregation, packaging, asset management
and
transport via satellite to all video service providers. With TVN as its VOD
distribution partner, Players Network has expanded its ability to deliver its
Vegas On Demand channel to millions of additional homes.
