TMG, Inc. Announces Results-Based Retail Sales Development Series at Outdoor
Retailer Winter Market in Salt Lake

    WEAVERVILLE, N.C., Jan. 22 /PRNewswire/ -- TMG, Inc., a key provider of
growth-based retail strategies, today announced the two-part development
series for outdoor retailers to increase sales. The seminar will be presented
at the Outdoor Retailer Winter Market. The two part series will kick off on
Wednesday, January 23, 2008 at noon and last for an engaging hour. The second
part of the series will begin Thursday, January 24, 2008 at noon. Both will be
held at the Downtown Marriott in Salt Lake City.
Dan Mann, a lively and entertaining presenter with over 28 years of
specialty retail experience, will present both sessions. In the first session
"Replace Training With Development -- 101," Dan will discuss streamlined
approaches to store training (development), tactics for the trainer, and the
principles behind why you are the best person to teach the staff.
    In the second session, "How Development Works -- 201," Dan will explain
how to incorporate the three key elements of development with your staff:
demonstration, practice sessions, and feedback. During this session, attendees
will enjoy seeing techniques demonstrated and will have the opportunity to
participate themselves. Participants will take pleasure in the seminar series
while taking away useful strategies to increase sales. The development
principles have been thoroughly tested and provide double-digit increases in
annual gross revenue.
