NeuStar Expands Global Reach of .BIZ Domain with Addition of Six New Languages

today announced the launch of six internationalized domain names (IDNs) for
the Finnish, Hungarian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Polish, and Portuguese languages
in the .BIZ top-level Internet domain. Organizations around the world that do
business in these languages are now better positioned to grow and gain
competitive advantage.
NeuStar has been a pioneer in globalizing the Internet for non-English
speakers. IDNs in the .BIZ domain enable companies and organizations worldwide
to register domain names in their languages of choice. With the six languages
released today, NeuStar currently offers IDN registrations in a total of 15
languages. .BIZ IDNs have been available in Korean since August 2007; in
Chinese and Japanese since March 2007; in Spanish, Danish, Icelandic,
Norwegian, and Swedish since November 2006; and in German since 2004.
