Diodes Incorporated to Announce Fourth Quarter 2007 Financial Results

DALLAS--(Business Wire)--Diodes Incorporated (Nasdaq:DIOD), a leading global manufacturer
and supplier of high-quality application specific standard products
within the broad discrete and analog semiconductor markets, will host
a conference call on Wednesday, February 13, 2008 at 10:00 a.m.
Central Time (11:00 a.m. Eastern Time) to discuss its fourth quarter
and full year 2007 financial results.

Joining Dr. Keh-Shew Lu, President and CEO of Diodes Incorporated,
will be Carl Wertz, Chief Financial Officer, Mark King, Sr. Vice
