appointment of John E. Kelly as vice president of Client Services.
John is responsible for developing the company's client infrastructure

industry. Previously, John worked for SS&C Technologies as support and
project manager for AdvisorWare and also at Eagle Investment Systems,
where he worked on STAR, a Web-based multi-currency global investment
accounting system.
