                      Appointment of additional director


Fletcher King PLC, the London based property fund manager and asset manager
announces today that Robert Dickman, head of Fletcher King's Professional
Services Department, has been appointed a director of the company with effect
from 1st February 2008.


Commenting David Fletcher, Chairman of Fletcher King said:


"We're delighted to have Bob join the Board. He has run our successful
Professional Services Department and been a director of the operating company
for many years. We look forward to his input and I am sure he will play a major
role in our future success."
