Aspen Global Corp. Services Announce Negotiations for Second Acquisition

ATLANTA--(Business Wire)--Aspen Global Corp. (Pink Sheets: AGLB), formerly Oxford
Educational Services (Pink Sheets: OXED), announced today it is in
negotiations to acquire a second security firm. The second firm is
headquartered in Texas with locations in several states nationwide.

   Aspen Global Corp. has entered negotiations for the acquisition of
a large security firm based in Texas. The acquisition of this company
would add approximately $2.2 million to Aspen Global's annual
revenues. The proposed acquisition would occur within the 1st Quarter
of 2008.
