Eduventures Sharpens Focus on Higher Education, Outsell Expands
               Existing Education and Training Division
BOSTON, BURLINGAME, Calif. & LONDON--(Business Wire)--Eduventures, higher education's leading learning collaborative
research and consulting company, and Outsell, Inc., a syndicated
research and advisory firm for companies in the information industry,
jointly announced Outsell's acquisition of Eduventures' business
research division.

Under the terms of the agreement, Outsell will assume
responsibility for Eduventures' syndicated research business serving
the hundreds of content, technology, and services companies in the
education industry. Eduventures launched its business research
division in July of 2000, signing up 130 clients in its first six
months and immediately establishing itself as the market leader in the
category.

"Eduventures is committed to making a positive contribution to
higher education, and today our company is dedicated to helping
colleges and universities become more efficient and successful
institutions," said Tom Dretler, Eduventures' President & CEO since
1999. "As higher education became our clear focus, we needed to find a
home for our business research division that would provide our clients
with insight, analysis, and customer service that was second to none.
Outsell is that firm, and it was our clear choice from the outset."

The companies will maintain independent consulting divisions
focused on serving their respective clients; however, they will
combine their resources as appropriate on custom client engagements
that could benefit from the unique expertise of both firms.

"We are proud to incorporate Eduventures' highly respected
business research division into the Outsell family of services," said
Anthea Stratigos, co-founder and CEO of Outsell. "It helps us deepen
our coverage in this key industry segment and build on the momentum we
established in the education and training market with the acquisition
of EPS in 2006. Just as important, Eduventures and Outsell share
similar values and have outstanding histories of delivering
high-quality services to their respective markets."

In order to better serve both current and new customers, three key
Eduventures executives will be participating in the business
transition. Adam Newman, Managing Vice President; Laurence Bloom,
Research Manager; and Noah Carp, Senior Analyst will be serving
existing education customers while helping to integrate Eduventures'
education industry perspective and rich research library with
Outsell's strong family of research offerings.
