Board Changes
Matica, the international supplier of card personalisation and card mailing
systems, regrets to announce that Jeffrey Upin has today resigned his position
as Chief Operating Officer of Matica for personal reasons. Mr Upin will continue
to work with Matica in a consulting capacity however his family commitments now
require him to spend the majority of his time in the United States. Mr. Upin's
resignation as a director has been accepted by the board of Matica and will take
immediate effect.
Sandro Camilleri, CEO of Matica, said "While we are sorry that Jeff is to stand
down as COO we are pleased that we will continue to benefit from his experience
as a consultant to the Group. We remain firmly committed to and confident in our
stated aim of becoming the second largest embossing company worldwide and
preferred alternative to the industry leader."
