Sunnylife Global Engages Global Value Creation Partners ('GVCP') to Drive the
Development of Sunnylife's China Hospital and Assisted-Living Opportunities
GVCP Principals Appointed to Senior Executive Positions at Sunnylife Global

LOS ANGELES, Jan. 22 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Sunnylife Global, Inc.
(Pink Sheets: SNYL) has signed an agreement to engage Global Value Creation
Partners ("GVCP") to advise and act on behalf of Sunnylife to develop 19
hospital projects and two assisted living facilities in the People's Republic
of China.
As part of the agreement, GVCP partner, Mr. J.C. Baird, will assume the
position of Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO of Sunnylife Global;
GVCP partner, Mr. B.C. Jackson, will assume the position of Executive Vice
President and Chief Financial Officer of Sunnylife Global.
At a time when there's a major need to develop superior quality healthcare
management in China and build assisted-living housing for the nation's aging
population, Sunnylife Global is positioned to do so, with approvals from
China's central government. Sunnylife and its shareholders will benefit from
the Company's ability to address these needs by bringing together GVCP's
capabilities with the resources, relationships, and contracts held by
Sunnylife.

co-founded a healthcare information management and services company that
includes among its hospital customers a number of the country's leading
teaching hospitals and was funded by preeminent investors including several
private equity firms. Earlier, he served as CEO of two firms in the
information systems industry, Regional Manager and Director within the Market
Development Division of the American Stock Exchange, and as a pilot with the
Royal Canadian Air Force. Mr. Baird is a Founding Partner of Global Value
Creation Partners. He completed his undergraduate education in Canada, post
graduate work in finance and marketing at Pace University and New York
Institute of Finance, and mid-career management programs at Harvard and MIT.
He has served as a director of several public and private companies.
Mr. Bruce Carver Jackson has 28 years of Wall Street experience,
encompassing private equity management, private placements, and
merger/acquisition advisory. His significant international experience
includes arranging cross-border private financings; structuring and
negotiating complex, cross-border joint ventures; and negotiating and
effecting cross-border mergers/acquisitions. In addition to his role as a
Founding Partner of Global Value Creation Partners, Mr. Jackson is the
President, CEO, and Founder of Carver Cross Securities Corp., a New York-based
investment-banking firm that is a broker/dealer registered with the SEC and
member of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority and the SIPC. Prior to
founding Carver Cross in 1993, Mr. Jackson spent 12 years in the Corporate
