Siteworx, Inc. Appoints Former Human Factors International (HFI) Project Director, John Whalen, as Senior Consultant,

 Siteworx, Inc. announced that it has appointed Dr. John Whalen to the position
of
Senior Consultant, User Experience. Whalen will offer Siteworx clients new
access to
proven user experience research methodologies and empirically sound approaches
to
their design challenges.  Whalen will be responsible for a wide range of
strategicconsulting services, including:


--  Developing enterprise-wide user experience measurements
--  Integrating user-centered design into development lifecycles
--  Briefing executive teams on the ROI of experience design
    

    
Whalen's project-based consulting services will include user research,
eye-tracking research, rapid prototyping, information architecture, usability
testing
and experimental design.

    Whalen served most recently as Project Director and Course Instructor at
Human Factors International (HFI) where he lead design and redesign processes
for
Fortune 500 clients in the financial, healthcare, e-commerce and government
verticals and gained extensive experience producing information architecture and
page designs for high volume websites and intranets.

    Prior to HFI, Whalen served as University of Delaware Assistant Professor of
Psychology and Cognitive Science, and spent several years conducting usability
testing and information architecture development as a freelance Usability Expert
and Information Architect.
