INVESCO Leveraged High Yield Fund

HEADLINE: Annual General Meeting Result

At the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 22 January 2008,
shareholders approved the following resolutions:

i. to receive the Directors' Report and Accounts for the year ended 30
September 2007;

ii. to re-elect Mr Allister Carey a Director of the Company;

iii. to re-elect Mr Gordon Neilly a Director of the Company;

iv. to appoint Deloitte & Touche LLP as Auditors and authorise the Directors to
determine their remuneration;

v. to renew the Directors' authority to purchase shares of the Company within
the parameters specified; and

vi. to approve the objective, investment policy and risk as well as the
investment limits.
