MARGATE, FL, Jan 22 (MARKET WIRE) --
MediaNet Group Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB: MEDG), a leading developer of
private branded web malls and online affinity programs through its BSP Rewards
subsidiary, announced today an agreement with Challenger Sports Corporation for
the
development of online fundraising campaigns. As part of the agreement, BSP will
develop private branded web malls for Challenger Sports to provide a platform
for
muchneeded fundraising campaigns for its nearly 2,000 soccer organizations
witha combined membership of 5 million participants.

"Challenger Sports is extremely excited about the opportunity to connect the
BSP
Rewards Mall with our affiliated soccer organizations," said Peter Arch, Vice
President of Marketing for Challenger Sports. "As the largest youth soccer
company in North America, we know that one of the top items on every club's
wish list is 'fundraising.' The clubs traditionally use local retail discount
cards, door to door magazine subscriptions, candy sales, car washes and trash
bags sales. These programs are generally labor intensive, difficult to ramp up
volume and take many hours and many people to coordinate, execute and
administrate. The Virtual Mall from BSP Rewards is new, exciting and offers an
innovative solution for fundraising efforts. Unlike traditional fundraising
programs, it is extremely easy to set up, it is open to every member in the
club, it is infinitely scalable, and the club does not need to use valuable
volunteer hours to run and administrate the program."

"The fact that BSP provides back-end support and assistance in marketing the
program to the club members is a huge help to club organizers who are
normally stretched to the limit," continued Mr. Arch. "The virtual mall
offers an incredible range of High Street, Mall and Big Box merchants and
provides the club members with the opportunity to purchase the items they
would normally purchase elsewhere, at a discounted price, while earning rewards
for themselves, and at the same time help providing much needed support for
their local soccer organization. Challenger has been involved in the U.S.
soccer
community for 20 years. The BSP Rewards program is without a doubt the most
exciting fundraising program that we have seen and we are excited to share
this program with our club administrators, coaches and parents."

MediaNet's BSP division and Challenger Sports will initiate collaborative
marketing in
support of the new branded web mall. www.USSoccerRewardsMall.com. BSP will be
provided by Challenger with a booth at an upcoming sports tradeshow in
February 2008, with 650 groups expected to be in attendance. In addition, to
encourage usage of the web mall, which is intended to drive purchases on the
site and thereby generate fundraising dollars for soccer clubs and revenue for
MediaNet, a direct mailing to all 2,000 clubs will promote the program and other
jointmarketing efforts will commence immediately.

"Challenger Sports will significantly increase the exposure of BSP Rewards
to 5
million soccer club members, thus marking a very important step in our
evolution," said Martin Berns, Chief Executive Officer of MediaNet Group
Technologies. "Even more significant in the agreement with Challenger is
their desire to promote online web mall purchases, which will assist in
financially supporting the soccer clubs within their organization. The youth
soccer movement in this country has just been kicked into high gear by
aligning with the growth in e-commerce. While saving money on everyday
purchases
that are made online, Challenger Sports clubs supporters will save time and
generate funds to support their favorite teams."

Challenger Sports Corporation is the largest provider of soccer camps in the
United States and Canada, and has been established as a true "Total Soccer
Company," providing camps, clinics, tours, tournaments, uniforms and coaching
materials to thousands of clubs throughout North America. Challenger Sports
began
as British Soccer Camps in 1985, as a division of All American Indoor Sports
Inc. All American operated a number of multi-purpose indoor soccer
facilities and was owned by Ron Matsch and Jim Jorgensen. Ron and Jim also
founded Discovery Zone Inc., an indoor playground and fun center for children
