Former Louisiana Attorney General Charles C. Foti, Jr. Joins Kahn Gauthier Swick, LLC

NEW ORLEANS, LA, Jan 22 (MARKET WIRE) --
Former Louisiana Attorney General Charles C. Foti, Jr. has joined New Orleans
law firm Kahn Gauthier Swick, LLC ("KGS"), the firm announced today. General
Foti will work with KGS' securities and consumer fraud practice groups,
including KGS' institutional client base.

Charles C. Foti, Jr. was sworn in on January 12, 2004 as Louisiana's
Attorney
General, after serving for 30 years as one of the most innovative law
enforcement
officials in the United States, Orleans Parish Criminal Sheriff. Prior to
holding
that position, he served for several years as an attorney for numerous
local, state and federal agencies.

Attorney General Foti graduated from Loyola University Law School in 1965,
and
served his country in the United States army from 1955 through 1958.
