La-Z-Boy(R) and Tatum Manufacturing Extend Comfort and Style to the Hot Tub
Industry with its First Line of Portable Spas

TAMPA, Fla., Jan. 22 /PRNewswire/ -- La-Z-Boy Incorporated has partnered
with Tatum Manufacturing Incorporated (TMI) to launch its first line of luxury
portable spas. Through the licensing agreement, TMI will design, manufacture
and market the products under the La-Z-Boy brand name. The La-Z-Boy Spas
Premier Collection includes a four-spa lineup that will be available to retail
outlets throughout North America and internationally. The 2008 La-Z-Boy Spas
line can be seen at the Atlantic City Pool & Spa Show Jan. 29-31.

A La-Z-Boy Limited spa model is available exclusively through Costco
Wholesale in Canada.

La-Z-Boy Spas will feature patent-pending elements such as comfort rest
Reclina-Seats(TM) and comfort zone Vari-Speed(TM) motors -- the industry's
first variable speed motors that allow you to control the intensity of the jet
pressure from 10 percent to 100 percent. These spas also come complete with 14
built-in jet massage patterns that replicate professional masseuse techniques.
High-end consumer electronics including stereos, retractable flat screen
television monitors, surround LED lighting and floating remote controls will
also be available. Full production is slated for the first quarter of 2008.
