CyberHome Announces Revised Deadline for Sale of Consumer Electronics Brand

bankruptcy trustee of CyberHome Entertainment Inc. has agreed to revise the
deadline for submitting offers for the CyberHome brand package to February 25,
2008.
Once the largest consumer electronics brand in its category by volume
sales, CyberHome was named "best seller" by Amazon.com and other retailers.
Over a hundred million LCD televisions, personal media players, home theater
systems and DVD players were sold annually under the CyberHome brand. The
brand is well known for dependable and affordable consumer electronics devices
in the US, Canada, Europe, South America, Asia and the Middle East.
Additionally, the CyberHome brand enjoys strong protection under trademarks
filed in fifty seven countries, and is accompanied by the venerable
cyberhome.com domain name.
Following a royalty dispute, CyberHome Entertainment Inc. was forced to
file for bankruptcy. The "CyberHome" brand, the company's most prized asset,
is available for acquisition.
