Dr. Anne V. Ellis Joins RHR International Dallas Office

DALLAS--(Business Wire)--RHR International Company, a world leader in executive and
organizational development, announces the appointment of Anne V.
Ellis, Ph.D. to the position of consultant in the firm's Dallas
office. Dr. Ellis has extensive experience in both the business world
and personality assessment and specializes in the interface between
business goals and psychological dynamics. This allows her to assist
individuals, senior level teams and organizations grow to their full
potential through the skillful use of assessments, development
programs and executive coaching. Industry segments she has worked with
include software, retail, and oil and gas.

Prior to joining RHR, Dr. Ellis was in private practice, providing
assessment and consulting services to a variety of clients.
Previously, her business career began in the Audit Department of Ernst
& Young in Dallas. She later joined one of their international
software clients, Sterling Software, Inc., and rose to the position of
corporate vice president, investor relations before leaving to start a
graduate program in Clinical and Counseling Psychology.

Dr. Ellis received her doctorate in Psychology and a master's
degree in Clinical and Counseling Psychology from Southern Methodist
University. Her bachelor's degree in Accounting was earned at the
University of Texas at Austin. Dr. Ellis is also a Certified Public
Accountant, a Credentialed Mediator, and a Licensed Marriage & Family
Therapist. She is a member of the American Psychological Association,
Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants, the American College of
Forensic Psychology, and the Society for Personality Assessment.
