                        ("Gold Frost" or "the Company")                        

Gold Frost (ticker: GLF), the designer, developer and distributor of kosher
chilled, frozen and dairy food products was today notified that G. Willi-Food
International Ltd. purchased 6,504,285 ordinary shares in the capital of the
Company at an average price of 16.6p per share. As a result, G. Willi-Food
International Ltd. now owns 46,504,285 ordinary shares representing 87.98% of
the total voting rights of the Company.
