                       Avalon Value Fund (the "sub-fund")



                          Re:  Cancellation of series



The Directors of the Fund wish to announce that from 30 November, 2007 all
shares in Avalon Value Fund Class D US Dollar Shares have been fully redeemed.
The Directors have applied to delist the shares from the Irish Stock Exchange.



The above series has been removed from the Official List of the Irish Stock
Exchange and from trading on the Main Market of the Exchange with effect from 24
January, 2008
