Holding in Company

On 22 January 2008, LMS Capital plc ("the Company") received notification from
Apollo Fund plc as follows:

On 21 January 2008, Apollo Fund plc disposed of 250,000 ordinary shares in the
Company. This took their holding down from 8,750,000 shares (representing 3.05%
of the Company's issued share capital) to 8,500,000 shares (representing 2.97%).

Accordingly, Apollo Fund plc no longer has a notifiable interest in LMS Capital
plc.
