Company Outgrows Initial Footprint within 12 Months; Expands to
                      Modern, High-Tech Facility
TORONTO--(Business Wire)--Vital Insight Group, the company that uses cutting edge technology

announced that they will move their Canadian headquarters from Toronto
to a modern, high-tech, 20,000 square-foot facility in Mississauga in
June 2008. Construction on the new facility will begin in January
2008, and a move into the new space is anticipated on or about June 1,
2008.

   After reviewing a number of options in the Mississauga area, Vital
Insight Group's management team selected a location at 60 Courtney
Park Drive. The new location will provide excellent accessibility for
customers and expedient access to a major airport, highways, hotels,
restaurants, fitness facilities and the offices of other
technology-based firms. The space features a flexible office
environment which will be customized to the requirements of Vital
Insight Group, and will include a full-featured, high-tech in-house
training facility.
