"Knowledge management within the PLM environment enables
engineers to leverage know-how and gain efficiency. Costs are
reduced and quality is increased when engineering knowledge is
shared and managed effectively through the right tools. Our
work with Emergent Systems has enabled us to develop expertise
on the E2ks platform. The results of this experience are very
promising and we look forward to a long and productive
relationship with Emergent Systems."
- Patrick Grimberg, CEO, DPS
"This partnership is the result of having worked closely with
DPS during 2007," said Jeffrey A. Moffa, VP of Knowledge
Systems at Emergent Systems. "Throughout that time, it became
clear to me that DPS has extensive capabilities and expertise
in the world of CATIA, and that a partnership between DPS and
Emergent Systems would yield considerable value for both of
our customers. I look forward to working with DPS on further
developing Emergent's Engineering Knowledge technology,
specifically in the extension of that technology into CATIA."

About Digital Product Simulation
Founded in 1997, Digital Product Simulation (DPS) has acquired a
reputation for excellence when it comes to integrating analysis and
simulation in the design of industrial products. Traditionally, two
distinct activities within a company--design and simulation--were very
often trial-and-error processes that inevitably drove-up product
development costs. DPS realized early on that analysis and simulation
can play a vital role in improving the design process, while at the
same time, produce cost-effective designs more efficiently. By
transforming this innovative concept into high-value services and
products, DPS helps its clients integrate simulation into the product
development process.
DPS has offices in Paris and Toulouse and it employs 80 engineers
who are specialists in consulting, methodology, training and software
development. Please visit the company's website at www.dps-fr.com
