Share Incentive Plan

White Young Green Plc (WYG)

WYG announces that Yorkshire Building Society Trustee acquired on 18 January
2008, 8,561 ordinary shares in the company  for the purpose of the WYG Share
Incentive Plan at a price of 383p per share. These shares will be used to
satisfy  employees' contributions to the Plan deducted from their November pay. 
The following directors, as contributors to the  plan, have acquired the
following interest in the shares:
