NEUILLY SUR SEINE, FRANCE, Jan 22 (MARKET WIRE) --
Ingenico today announced that it has filed legal proceedings against (1)
Francisco Partners LP (2) Francisco Partners GP LLC (3) Francisco Partners II,
LP
(4) Keith Geeslin (together "the Francisco Parties") for using Ingenico
confidential information and otherwise breaching the Francisco Parties'
obligations owed to Ingenico pursuant to the terms of a Non-Disclosure Agreement
dated March 21, 2006 between Francisco Partners and Ingenico ("the NDA")

The breaches of the NDA arise from the Francisco Parties' proposed provision

insists that Francisco Partners must immediately withdraw from the proposed
commitment.
