The Pennsylvania Satellite News Service will provide a satellite video feed
between 3:15 and 3:30 p.m. (15:15 - 15:30 Eastern) TODAY, Tuesday, Jan. 22, of
Governor Edward G. Rendell announcing that the state's adultBasic health
insurance program will offer coverage to 29,000 uninsured adults, helping to
ease a waiting list for the program.
