MENLO PARK, Calif., Jan. 22 /PRNewswire/ -- Knowledge Networks (KN)
announced today that Neal J. Heffernan has joined the company as Senior Vice
President and General Manager of the company's Promotions Decisions, Inc.
(PDI) strategic business unit, based in Cincinnati.
The PDI unit provides market research products and services allowing
clients to focus on specific marketing and promotional executions that
motivate target audiences; its proprietary National Shopper Lab
database -- comprising grocery and drug store purchases from 9 million loyalty
card holders -- facilitates consumer purchasing analytics for new product and
promotion effectiveness research.
