SUN and Harrah's Announce MMA Tour Featuring "GI's Vs. Pro's," a US Army Sponsored Event

 SUN Sports & Entertainment Inc. (PINKSHEETS: SSPE) announced today the
signing of another contract with Grand Casino Tunica, to produce "Art of War," a
Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) Event. This event will be held at the Grand Casino in
Tunica, Mississippi on Saturday, April 19th 2007. This is the first of a
multi-city
tour that will showcase events at other Harrah's Properties.

    The stage is set for another action packed Night of Cage Fighting,

Entertainment presents, "Art of War." SUN will be showcasing the latest
newtalent, with eight exciting professional MMA fights scheduled to take
placein the circular cage starting at 8pm, EST.

    The Main Event features Headliner Light Heavyweight US Army Staff Sergeant
Damien
"Stealth" Steely (8-4) Vs. MMA Veteran Professional Ron "Superfly" Faircloth
(27-13). The balance of the hand picked fighters comes from the top talent in
the US Army and MMA Pro's.

    This will be the first time a US Army Vs. MMA Tour has been produced and for
MMA fans to watch the skilled veterans of the Army battle against the MMA
Professionals. There will be plenty of Military supporters at each event and a
great media campaign nation wide.

    US Army Spokesperson, Matt Larson, Head of the US Army Combative Program,
