J/Brice Design International to Manage Design of Saudi Arabian Luxury Hotels, Other Real Estate

Boston-based firm's projects to include luxury hotels in adjoining
Bahrain
BOSTON--(Business Wire)--J/Brice Design International - a leading hotel design firm with
projects in the Middle East -- has signed an exclusive agreement with
Saudi Arabia's royal family to oversee multiple luxury hotel projects
in the Saudi Kingdom and Bahrain.

J/Brice Design International entered into the agreement with Fahd
Alireza Engineering Consultants (FAEC) to direct multiple luxury hotel
projects. Of note is a multi-use development in Bahrain Bay of which
300,000 square feet will be earmarked as luxury hotel space.

Following the announcement, Jeff Ornstein, CEO and founder of
J/Brice Design International stated, "I am honored by this invitation

The invitation came directly from Sheikh Fahd Alireza , who is one
of the Principal Directors of The Rezayat Companies, a Saudi Arabia
consortium with worldwide offices and over 20,000 employees.

guest of Sheikh Fahd Alireza to discuss embarking on luxury
development in the region.
