LXE, a Solar Technology Company, Points to Growth in the Hiring of Four Industry Veterans

Recent signed projects total over 108,000 metric tons per year of
Trichlorosilane to produce 18,000 metric tons of Polysilicon annually
FLORHAM PARK, N.J.--(Business Wire)--LXE, a leader in Trichlorosilane (TCS) technologies for the solar
industry since its founding in July 2007, announced today that it has
been contracted to provide technology package to annually manufacture
108,000 metric tons of Trichlorosilane to produce 18,000 metric tons
of Polysilicon per year. Further, it has expanded its senior technical
management with the hiring of four industry veterans to serve LXE's
initial clients and to handle future growth.

   Joining the LXE team are:

Tom Barker, Sr. Director, has over 35 years of experience in
Chlorosilane and Polysilicon manufacturing with Union Carbide at their
Keasbey, Washougal, Sistersville and Kingman facilities, Great Western
Silicon and Phoenix Research. He served as TCS chemist/engineer at two
new Polysilicon plants, and provided technical support for electronic
grade TCS to supply 90% of the market in the USA.

Earl Pataky, Sr. Manager, has over 25 years of Chlorosilane
experience at Dow Corning where he supervised a team of technicians,
engineers and operators in TCS manufacturing operations at several
facilities including US (Midland, MI), UK (Berry, South Wales) and
Brazil.

Joe Garcia, Sr. Manager, has over 20 years of TCS experience at
Union Carbide/ASiMi and Renewable Energy Corp., where he was a key
member for the startup of a new poly plant, FBRs and distillation
processes at the Moses Lake and Butte facilities.

Kevin Corkwell, Sr. Manager, has over 30 years of experience
managing high purity chlorosilanes and silanes at Union Carbide. He
served as a key contributor on Dow Chemical's national Six Sigma Team;
achieving a 35% reduction in reactor residual Butyl Acrylate (monomer)
levels, which led to PPG Industry's Preferred Vendor Supplier Award.
Corkwell introduced external gas chromatograph calibration techniques
to increase data precision, and he recommended and assisted in
implementing national round robin product analysis trials.

"This excellent technical team strengthened our capacity to design
the TCS processes, prepare the supervisory operation procedures and
more importantly, develop our dedicated commissioning/startup service
for our clients," stated Dr. George Xiao, Chairman & CEO of LXE Corp.
"LXE upholds an unwavering focus to ensure our clients' successful
