Further to the announcement released on 10 January 2008 the company has, on 21
January 2008, purchased a further 100,000 shares for cancellation, at an average
share price of 155.98p. Following the above purchases the total number of
ordinary shares in issue will be 156,699,420. The Company does not hold any
shares in Treasury.
