                                 Offer Lapsed                                  

Shareholders of CRC are referred to Metorex's announcement of 21 January 2008,
wherein Metorex announced that the offer to acquire the entire issued and to be
issued share capital of CRC (the "Offer") has lapsed. CRC Shareholders have
ceased to be bound by any acceptance of the Offer.
