                             Roger Owen Retirement



On 25 October 2007, it was announced that Roger Owen had informed the Board of
his intention to retire from the company in October 2008.


It has now been agreed with Roger that he will remain in his current position of
Group Property Director until the end of the 2008/9 financial year, which is 1
February 2009.


The additional three months with the company will enable Roger to conclude work
that he is currently engaged in. The Board is pleased that he has agreed to this
short extension.
