Net Asset Value

As at the close of business on 31 December 2007, the unaudited net asset value 
per Share was EUR 0.7685.


Carador's NAV decreased by 1.92% in December. This month's calculations include
an estimated EUR 846,811.06 worth of net cash flow interest received in the
month (to be allocated between capital and income), which equates to EUR0.0169
per Share.
