FRANKFURT Jan 22 (Reuters) - Qimonda QI.N, the world's fourth-biggest maker of memory chips, is enjoying improved demand and prices this month but cannot predict how long the trend will last, its chief operating officer said on Tuesday.

"Demand is pretty healthy," Thomas Seifert said on a conference call for analysts but added he could not say how sustainable the development was.
