Destination Television, Inc. Enters into Master Location Agreement with City Blends, Ltd. to Provide Subscription Based Broadcast Network in up to 300 City Blends Gym Locations

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla.--(Business Wire)--Destination Television, Inc. (OTCBB:DSTV)
www.destinationtelevision.com has entered into a master licensing
agreement with City Blends, Ltd. to provide its revenue based
subscription television network in up to 300 City Blends Smoothie
Cafes located in high traffic gym and leisure locations throughout the
United States.

   The network will air City Blends' ads featuring its brand, product
and services mixed with Destination Television's Gym TV core content
of new music videos and movie trailers. The network is designed to
reduce perceived wait times, inform employees, entertain patrons and
create sales lift for City Blends' products at point of sale (POS).
